Timeline

• 1968: Born in Sochi, South Russia
• 1975: School begins. After a week I realized that I was trapped… :)
• 1985: School ends. With my mom we are leaving for a big journey over the USSR: Sochi to Leningrad, from there to the Pacific Ocean (Vladivostok)
• 1986: Military service: Chabarowsk, then in the Providence Bay near Alaska, then Kamchatka
• 1988: Military service is over. I am going from Kamchatka over Vladivostok and Siberia back to Sochi
• 1990-1991: A person who influenced me much - Vladimir Ryapolov, I discovered meditation in his Yoga Institute “Free Progress”, Sochi
• 1991: My first trip abroad: 2 months of Germany! Cologne and Saxony.
• 1992-1995: Years without any ambitions, plans and goals, filled with hanging out with friends, hiking over Caucasus, occasional trips to Germany.
• 1996-1999: I am moving from Sochi to St. Petersburg to study German and English at Herzen State University
• 1999: Goodbye Russia. I am moving from St.Peterburg to Oldenburg, Germany
• 2000: My studies at Universität Oldenburg begins.
• 2002-2004: Simultaneously to the studies of interkulturelle Pädagogik I am earning some money as Booking Agent of ska band Markscheider Kunst. Until 2024 planned and executed three German tours, handling all logistics from bookings and visas to PR campaigns.
• 2006: Goodbye Oldenburg, I am moving to Bremen.
• 2007: My graduation. Now I have Diploma in “Interkulturelle Pädagogik (Migration)”
• 2008: Registration of my first 1-person firm “Interkulturelles Training & Management”
• 2009: Goodbye Bremen, I am moving to Berlin! I am a freelancer as translator and migration Advisor
• 2010: Spiritual Journey to India
• 2011: Back to Germany. I stay in my brother's house in Schwarzhofen (Bavaria). My application of permanent residence has been approved. I am moving back to Berlin
• 2012: Unforgettable Trip to Vladivostok with a Transsiberian Railway
• 2013: Obtaining German citizenship. I am learning diving. My exams in Hurgada, Egypt succeed. I receive the PADI-diving instructor licence
• 2014: Trip to Thailand. Spiritual Journey “Meeting Life” begins. Internship as diving instructor in Vietnam (Rainbow Divers in Nha Trang). Unforgettable Trip to Australia. I am teaching at Pleasure Divers on Magnetic Island in Queensland.
• 2015: Rainy Season in Pai, Thailand. I am moving to Dumaguete, Philippines.
• 2016: I am back to Berlin again. Published ebook Work & Life in Germany, USA, Canada and Australia: 12 life stories of programmers from Russia, Kazakhstan, Ukraine and Belarus - Russian Edition
• 2017: I am changing from "helping to study in Germany" to "helping to become a freelancer in Germany”. Every week I am publishing in my blog some new articles for IT people who wanna move to Germany.
• 2018: 50th anniversary.
• 2019: Launched my new blog MIGWORK.com. Started freelance cooperation with Blue Card Agency.
• 2020: Journeys to India and Nepal. Due to Corona decided to stay and work from India.
• 2021: Developing Migwork Blog. Change the name into Paperwork guide for coming & life in Germany. Making career in Blue Card Agency - I am a senior Migration consultant. Enjoying my daily swimming in the ocean and yoga on the beach. Falled in love with Dani.
• 2022: War in Kiew and our Escape from the Ukraine. We reached Germany, but Dani was forced to leave. We travelled back to India. Unforgettable 5 months near Dhalai Lama Temple in Dharamsala. Our Indian Marriage. Getting "proper visa" for Dani and coming back to Germany.
• 2023: We live in a villiage Schwarzhofen in Bavaria. Our daughter Danislava is born! Relocation to the very North of Germany - Flensburg. Friendly farewell from BCA (BCA Relocation GmbH).
• 2024: Marriage in Denmark (Indian marriage was not accepted in Germany). I've started to learn programming (self-teching).
• 2025: After 7 months I got a qualification of "Informationsmanagement und -technik (databanks and app development") Restructuring my personal blog about rising a kid and life in Germany, and about my former journeys.

Born and grew up in subtropical Sochi, then followed unforgettable years in St. Petersburg, North-West of Russia. Since the millennium I have been living in Germany: Oldenburg, Bremen, Berlin, Schwarzhofen, Flensburg.
Since 2023 my homeport is Flensburg.

Doing what I love – supporting people to move over the borders and go over limits. What I mostly appreciate in people is authenticity and faithfullness to their goals and dreams.

I am inspired by – travels, life in the flow, the underwater world, yoga, zen, stoicism and the life design.

My favorite fable is about a monk and a coin.
